A facility where waste from collection vehicles (bringing waste and recycling from your kerbside bins) is combined into loads that are transported by larger trucks or other means to more distant final disposal facilities such as landfills.
Q. What is a 'bring' site or recycling bank?
It is a container or series of containers provided by your local district or borough council for you to recycle specific waste materials (e.g. paper and glass). They are often found near village halls, schools, pubs, local car parks etc.
