Suffolk County Council's School Waste Education Officers can support schools wanting to recycle more through the 'Pledge To Recycle' scheme and this could help your school work towards "sustainable schools" or "Eco School" status.
We can also add to your curriculum by coming in and running waste assemblies or lessons for your school.
Schools can now buy their own classroom/staff room recycling bins to help kick start their in-house recycling programme. We are able to supply the following bins;

To order your supplies, or to to get more information about the schools programme contact the School Waste Education Officer on 01473 264280 or by email school.waste@suffolk.gov.uk.
