Find out how to recycle or dispose of tea lights.

Recycle

You can recycle the metal part of tea lights:

in your household recycling bin as long as the metal part is clean and rolled up over 5cm long (no wax or parts of the tea light should remain)
in the metal container at any Suffolk Recycling Centre (no wax or parts of the tea light should remain).

If any part of wax remains on the teal light then this should be placed in your household rubbish bin.
